How to add PWA Outlook as Desktop App

To facilitate the installation of PWA Outlook for accessing your mailbox, follow these steps tailored for both Edge and Chrome browsers:

Installing PWA Outlook from Edge Browser:

  1. Launch the Edge Browser and navigate to outlook.office.com. Sign in using your Balmain Account credentials.
  2. Once your mailbox is visible, click on the three dots (...) menu, select "Apps," and then choose "Install Outlook (PWA)."

  3. Click on "Install" in the new pop-up window to commence the installation process.
  4. After installation, ensure to select "Pin to taskbar" and opt to "Create desktop shortcut." Confirm by clicking "Yes."
  5. You'll receive a notification in the bottom right corner prompting you to pin PWA Outlook to the taskbar. Click "Yes" to proceed.
  6. Congratulations, PWA Outlook is now installed on your device.

Installing PWA Outlook from Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and go to outlook.office.com. Sign in with your account credentials.
  2. Once your mailbox is visible, click on the three dots (...) menu, select "Save and share," then choose "Install Outlook (PWA)." Click "Install."

  3. Click on "Install" in the pop-up window to initiate the installation process.
  4. You'll receive a notification in the bottom right corner prompting you to pin PWA Outlook to the taskbar. Click "Yes."
  5. The installation is now complete, and PWA Outlook is ready for use.
