How to Send PDFs as Attachments Instead of Links in Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Click on New Email to begin composing a message.
- On the Outlook ribbon, locate the "Attach File via Link" icon, which features the Adobe logo.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to "Attach File via Link".

- Select Settings from the menu.
- In the settings window, choose "Never Prompt while attaching", and click OK.

With this setting enabled, all PDFs will now be sent as attachments rather than links.
