Casting laptop screen on Teams room directly without joining the meeting link
- Open Teams
Launch Microsoft Teams on the laptop you wish to use for screen sharing. - Access the Cast Option
In the top-left corner of Teams, click the three dots (ellipsis) and select the "Cast" option
3. Enable Bluetooth
Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop. Once enabled, the name of the meeting room will appear. Select the meeting room and click Next.
4.Choose Your Screen
Select the specific screen or window you wish to share, then click Cast.
5. Accept the Invite
On the Teams room screen, you will see a cast invitation. Accept the invitation to start sharing your screen in the meeting room.
6. Mute Your Laptop:
It’s recommended to mute Teams on your laptop to avoid any sound disturbances during the session.
