Step 1) Click 'See Advanced Repair Options
Step 2) Follow the below sequence


Step 3) enter bitlocker key provided by IT team

 
step 4) type the below command one by one:

1.      C:

2.      Cd windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike

3.      Del c-00000291*.sys

4.      Exit

Now, click on continue to Windows:
